How It Works

2. Configure point multipliers: Merchants can create custom event-based multipliers within the loyalty structure, deciding how much more points subscribers will earn compared to one-time shoppers.

3. Points earned on base product price: Subscribers will earn loyalty points based on the base price of the products they purchase, not on shipping costs.
4. Visibility in customer account portal: The customer portal will be updated with their current point balance and details on how many points they’ve earned, with an easy-to-understand callout for “Subscribers earn 2X points”

5. Merchandise on PDP and account portal: Feature the point multipliers on your product detail pages and in the account portal with a loyalty widget or advertising banner, making it clear to customers how they can earn more points by subscribing.
