We’ve successfully migrated hundreds of brands from other vendors onto the Smartrr platform without any disruption to their business operations or subscriber experience. Here’s how we do it.
At kickoff, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Migration Engineer who works on nothing but migrations. They’ll be with you every step of the process to ensure it goes as smoothly and quickly as possible.
You let us know exactly how you want to set up your subscription programs, and we’ll take care of the heavy lifting. This includes subscription type, discounts, shipping frequencies, bundles, and the front end design of your subscription widget and customer portal.
We’ll create a mapping from your existing subscription data to your new programs that have been configured in Smartrr. All we’ll need from you is access to request data from your existing subscription provider via API or data export.
After configuration is complete and all necessary data has been imported to the Smartrr platform, we put you in the driver’s seat. You’ll have a chance to review and validate that everything is working properly in a test environment before anything is activated on our end.
Once you are satisfied everything is ready to go, we’ll deactivate your old platform and activate your subscription programs on Smartrr. This switch will occur with no disruption to you or your subscribers and you will officially be live on Smartrr!
