Never! We’ll never force you to upgrade your plan based on usage or features moving to a more expensive tier. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting our support team.
I’m worried about migrating my existing subscribers. Will there be any disruption to my business?
The 1% of GMV is calculated on all orders involving a subscription. This includes first orders that are a subscription and all subsequent reorders attached to the original subscription purchase.
This looks great, but how much will this cost me?
You can cancel you Smartrr plan at any time by contacting our support team. We work on a monthly basis, so you will be billed through the end of the month in which you cancel your plan.
